Study Service
The study department works mainly internally for its own projects. However, external studies are also carried out, albeit to a limited extent. These are usually serious problem cases, where the study represents significant added value.
Foundations
This department primarily applies the proprietary patented "Remo-Radier" foundation system for houses and apartments up to 3 to 4 stories. The complete contracting includes the study, execution of all drains, connection to street sewers, waiting pipes, grounding loops, penetrations for utilities, rainwater cisterns and/or septic tanks, concrete and reinforcement works, so everything is ready to pour. The builder or client receives an as-built plan in 3-fold. This means that you do not need to hire an external design office for the foundations.
The execution includes the complete stability study, execution of the complete factory floor, whether or not polished, including weighted feet for placing the columns.
If necessary, an "in situ" soil improvement is applied by means of lime-cement stabilization.
Parking lots, basements and earth retaining structures
The execution of these works includes the stability study, the basement floor slab and basement walls including the necessary shoring on the street side or along common walls.
On request, we carry out to the ground level, thus including cover basement and bearing walls of the basement or parking lot.
