Starting from an architectural design, we make you an overall quotation, taking into account soil retaining structures, water lowering techniques, self-supporting intermediate floors (to limit excavation depth), underpinning method (first execution of upper deck, allowing the surface to be put back into use at the top, after which only the lower levels are excavated).
We take into account all available earth-retaining techniques and the most economical combination of prefabricated concrete and on-site concrete and/or steel structures.
For the execution, in addition to our own specialties, we also make use of permanent highly qualified subcontractors, and we use the most modern foundation techniques, in order to minimize nuisance for the surroundings.
