For foundations of houses and low-rise apartments (up to 4 floors) we always apply the "Remo-radier" foundation system developed and patented by us. This method of foundation is extremely suitable on low load-bearing and/or raised soils, and allows the cost price to be determined exactly in advance.
Compared to a classic foundation on steel and underground masonry, the cost price is approx. However, the system offers much greater rigidity, gives a much smaller settlement, and offers very good thermal ground insulation due to the presence of 30 cm thick polystyrene (isomo) blocks under the structural concrete slab.
Furthermore, the execution time is extremely short: maximum five working days, for houses up to 150 m²
