We always offer a total package from study to execution, and this at a fixed price known in advance. During the study we take into account all available techniques and combinations thereof, such as the combination of precast concrete elements with on-site cast-in-place concrete and/or "in situ" soil stabilization, so that a fast execution goes hand in hand with an optimized cost picture.
We require our clients to meet strict payment deadlines. New customers are screened on their financial reliability, and depending on this, we may ask for advance payments. This strict payment policy is also a guarantee for us and for our clients, so that neither we nor they are penalized by one or a few defaulters on a large project.
The study of your foundation, basement or shoring is always included in our total offer. The responsibility for the stability of your foundation and/or substructure lies entirely with us. In this way you will save an important part of the study costs. You can also be sure that the study takes into account the actual execution, and that double work is avoided.
