Comprehensive package from design through implementation
We always offer a comprehensive package ranging from design through to construction, all at a fixed price known in advance. During the design phase, we take into account all available techniques and combinations thereof—such as, for example, combining precast concrete elements with cast-in-place concrete and/or “in situ” soil stabilization—to ensure that rapid construction goes hand in hand with optimized costs.
We therefore require our clients to strictly adhere to payment terms. New clients are screened for financial reliability, and depending on the outcome, we may request advance payments. This strict payment policy, incidentally, serves as a safeguard for both us and our clients, ensuring that neither we nor they are adversely affected by one or more defaulters on a large project.
The design of your foundation, basement, or shoring is always included in our comprehensive package. We take full responsibility for the stability of your foundation and/or substructure. This allows you to save a significant amount on design costs. You can also be certain that the design takes the actual construction into account, thereby avoiding duplicate work.
